Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll reach out to schedule a consultation. This is a laid-back, one-on-one conversation where we go over your ideas, offer guidance on materials and design options, and answer any questions you might have.
We’ll talk through sizing, fur and leather pairings, intended use, and overall aesthetic—whether you’re aiming for something classic, bold, or totally off the beaten path. The goal is to make sure you’re not just getting a beautiful hat, but the right hat for you.
Consultations can be done by email, phone, or video chat—whichever you prefer. This is your time to ask, explore, and collaborate.

Once we’ve finalized your design and received payment, we get to work. Every hat is built by hand, from start to finish, in our small workshop. We cut, shape, stitch, and finish each piece using traditional methods and a lot of care—no shortcuts, no mass production.
Depending on the complexity of your design and our current production queue, your hat will ship within 2 to 4 weeks. If you’d like, we’ll send you progress updates and photos along the way—some of our clients enjoy seeing their hat come to life.
When it’s finished, we’ll carefully package your hat and ship it directly to your door. And just like that, your one-of-one becomes part of your story.
